WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
LIFESTYLE:
To book a lifestyle shoot in with me, you will need to fill in the contact form which is located on my ‘contact page’ found HERE. We can discuss what type of Lifestyle shoot it is that you are interested in and get you booked in for a date and time that best suits you! As simple as that!
WEDDING:
If you are in a position where you would like me as your Wedding Photographer, you will again need to contact me via the form on the website (the same as above) and I will require a 25% retainer of either a full or half day total to be able to secure your booking with me in my diary. And then the remaining balance will be required to be paid a month before the wedding date.
COMMERCIAL:
When it comes to any form of commercial work, whether it’s a personal branding shoot for your website or some imagery of you with your work I will need you to contact me and put down on the form as much information about yourself and your business as you can and then we can arrange for a best date for you.
WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT TO SIGN?
Yes!
If you have chosen to go ahead with my services whether it’s Commercial, Wedding or Lifestyle, I send across a booking form which will also include an agreement for you to complete to then further secure the whole booking & date of the photo shoot/Wedding Day.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
COMMERCIAL & LIFESTYLE:
Once your images are set and ready, you will receive an email from myself with a link to an online gallery which is password protected (password also provided in the email). You can then view and download your images, it’s as easy and straightforward as that!
WEDDINGS:
When it comes to weddings you will receive all your images on a wooden USB stick that comes inside a wooden box, they are both personalised which I feel gives it some real sentimentalism. With both of my Wedding Packages they include a free ‘Pre-Wedding Engagement’ photo shoot worth £160. If you decide to go ahead with this option, the photographs will also be located on your personalised USB stick.
WHEN SHOULD WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
COMMERCIAL & LIFESTYLE:
It very difficult to give my clients an exact time/date when it comes to receiving your finalised images but I try and aim to get them across to you within 14 days from the date of the photo shoot. I will always notify you if there are any delays in receiving your images.
WEDDINGS:
As you can understand Weddings means a LOT more images than Commercial or Lifestyle photo shoots, so I aim to get your Wedding images completed within 4-8 weeks from the Wedding date. Once they are transferred onto your personalised USB I will get in contact with you and we can then arrange a meeting to hand over the treasured goods!
HOW LONG IS A FULL & A HALF DAY FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
A full day which is my most popular package, you will have me and my services for a total of 8-10 hours (depending on your Wedding Day Timetable). And a Half day consists of 4-6 hours. Elopements are also available, please get in contact for some more information with regards to elopements.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
It’s hard to give a specific number to my clients but I do aim to provide you with as many images as I can give you!
WERE NOT VERY CONFIDENT IN HAVING OUR PICTURES TAKEN, HOW CAN YOU HELP US WITH THIS??
I completely understand! That’s why I like to stay behind the camera myself! But in all seriousness I like to capture everyone when they’re nice and relaxed so when it comes to any of my Commercial or Lifestyle work I tend to get my clients to either start working away or have a wander around their chosen location and pretend that I’m not there! I will of course stop and advise on any poses that I believe would suit yourselves but getting you doing your own thing naturally works so well if you’re wanting a more natural and candid style photo shoot.
With any of my Wedding Clients I offer a free ‘Pre Wedding Engagement’ shoot that is worth £160 and I find that this really helps my clients feel more comfortable around me as their photographer and you can get an insight of how I work as a photographer before your big day! I also offer a zoom or in person meeting where we can have a chat and get to know each other a bit better and run through the wedding day if a ‘Pre Wedding Engagement’ shoot isn’t something that floats your boat!
